My thought

Hello!

I am Riko, a new member of Tsumugi-bito!

In this blog, I am going to share about our activities, information about Kyoto, and my experience by using Japanese and English.

Today, I write about what I want to do through this organization.

That is

“The shift from travel for sightseeing to travel for visiting friends.”

As you know, Japan has a lot of tourists and the number is increasing.

However, I do not want them to go back just after seeing some places.

So I came up with the trip for meeting friends when I think how they can visit Japan again.

After they travel around Japan and connect with local people and other travelers,

they may think

“I want to visit again.”

“I want to go to Japan next time with my friends”

“I want to go to new places where I did not visit last time.”

That would be awesome if they think like this!

I want all tourists to feel Japan is their second home.

AND I am pretty sure that I can realize my dream here in Tsumugi-bito!

I am very looking forward to meeting new people and make friends!

さて、今日は私がこれからやっていきたいことについて書きたいと思います。

それは、

観光目的から誰かに会いに行く旅へのシフト

日本には多くの観光客がやってきますよね。その数は年々増え続けています。

しかしちょこっと観光して、終わりになってほしくないんです。

じゃあもう一度来てくれるためにはどうしたらいいの？って考えたとき

誰かに会いに行くための旅が思い浮かんだんです。

日本を旅して、現地の人やほかの旅人と繋がって、

そうだもう一度行ってみよう、

こんどは自分の友達も連れて行こう、

じゃあせっかくだから新しい場所も訪れてみようってなってほしい

世界に自分の居場所を一つ増やすみたいな、そんな経験を

日本を旅先として選んでくれたすべての人にしてほしいですね

一期一会の出会いを繋りに変える

それはきっと紡ぎ人を通して実現できるなと思っています。

これからツアーなどを通して、たくさんの人と出会って、交流して、

繋がっていくのが楽しみです。

すべての人が旅を楽しめますように。
